Our Vision 

We envision a future where girls and young women are empowered to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) without barriers or stereotypes. Through inspiration, education, and international collaboration, we aim to create a more inclusive and innovative scientific community where talent and potential are recognized regardless of gender. 

Our Aims 

The project “Science and Technology Shaped by Inspiration” aims to: 

  • Increase the visibility of women scientists and innovators throughout history and today. 
  • Inspire girls and young women to explore STEM education and careers. 
  • Challenge gender stereotypes and promote equality in science and technology. 
  • Create supportive networks through mentorship, collaboration, and international partnerships. 
  • Raise awareness of the contributions of women in STEM. 
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in education and the workforce. 
  • Strengthen digital skills, innovation, and international cooperation among students and teachers. 

Target Groups & Their Needs 

Who We Support 

Students (Ages 15–18) 

Young people are at a critical stage of making educational and career choices. They need: 

  • Positive STEM role models. 
  • Greater awareness of women’s achievements in science and technology. 
  • Guidance, encouragement, and career inspiration. 
  • Equal access to opportunities and resources. 

Girls from Disadvantaged Backgrounds 

Including refugee students and students facing economic challenges. They need: 

  • Inclusive participation opportunities. 
  • Supportive learning environments. 
  • Access to mentorship and educational resources. 

Teachers and School Leaders 

They need: 

  • Innovative educational tools and international collaboration opportunities. 
  • Professional development in STEM and gender-inclusive education. 
  • Access to good practices and project-based learning approaches. 

Families and Local Communities 

They need: 

  • Greater awareness of gender equality in STEM.
