Data protection and privacy

The T.R.I.P. project respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of all participants, partners, and visitors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). 

Any personal data collected during the implementation of the project (such as names, photos, videos, or contact details) will be used exclusively for educational, project-related, and dissemination purposes. 

Data may be shared only with partner schools involved in the project and may be published on official project platforms (such as the project website, eTwinning, Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, and social media channels) when necessary for dissemination activities. 

All participants and, where applicable, their legal guardians will be informed in advance and consent will be obtained before any personal data is collected or published. 

Participants have the right to: 

  • access their personal data  
  • request correction or deletion of data  
  • withdraw consent at any time  
  • request limitation of data processing  

The project partners are committed to ensuring that all personal data is stored securely and handled responsibly throughout the duration of the project.
